SEIZECODE OÜ is the controller of the personal data collected on this site.

Contact form. Your name, email, optional phone number and message are used only to answer your request and prepare a proposal (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are stored encrypted on our servers in Germany (Frankfurt), reach us by email through Resend (Ireland) and our mailbox provider o2switch (France), and are never sold or used for any other purpose. Three years after our last exchange they are anonymized: only the type of service requested and the month remain.

Audience measurement. Umami, hosted on our own server, sets no cookie and records no IP address. Its statistics are deleted after 25 months.

Cookie. The site sets a single technical cookie that remembers the language you chose, for 12 months.

Your rights. You can access, correct, erase or export your data, object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted by writing to contact@seizecode.com. We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
