Why n8n rather than Zapier or Make?
n8n is open source and self-hostable, so the workflows and the data they carry stay on infrastructure you control, with no per-task pricing. It also handles branching, loops and code steps that no-code tools struggle with. When your context calls for another tool, we use it.
Where does the LLM fit in an automation?
A language model is used at the steps where a person would read and decide: classifying an e-mail, extracting fields from a document, drafting a reply. Everything deterministic around it, routing, syncing, notifying, stays plain logic, which keeps the workflow cheap and predictable.
What does the process audit cover?
The audit maps the targeted workflows as they actually run: who does what, in which tool, how often, and where information is re-typed. It ends with a prioritized list of what to automate first and what to leave manual.
Can my team modify the workflows afterwards?
Yes. Each workflow is delivered documented, with an administration guide, and the visual editor of n8n lets a non-developer change a step or a condition. Load testing before handover establishes the volumes the workflow sustains.
